1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Booking & Payment Policy
- Bookings for events, stays, or venue rentals must be confirmed in writing (email, WhatsApp, or signed contract).
- A minimum advance payment of 25%–50% of the total amount is required to confirm any reservation.
- Final payment must be cleared before the start of the event or check-in.
- Accepted payment methods include UPI, bank transfer, cheque (subject to clearance), and cash.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the event date may be eligible for a partial refund (subject to administrative charges).
- Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in your specific agreement.
- Postponement requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to date availability.
4. Use of Venue
- The client is responsible for the behavior of their guests and vendors during the event.
- Any damage to property or facilities caused during the event will be billed to the client.
- The use of the venue is restricted to the time slot agreed in the contract. Additional charges may apply for overtime use.
5. Third-Party Vendors
- We may recommend or work with third-party vendors (decorators, caterers, photographers, etc.) as part of our service offering.
- While we do our best to ensure quality, we are not liable for services directly delivered by third-party vendors not contracted under Mazri Grant Resort.
6. Force Majeure
Mazri Grant Resort shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or epidemics.
7. Website Use & Content
- All images, text, videos, and design elements on this website are the property of Mazri Grant Resort and may not be reused or copied without prior written consent.
- You may not use our site for any illegal, harmful, or disruptive activities.
8. Limitation of Liability
Mazri Grant Resort shall not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from event services or website usage. Our total liability in any event shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Haridwar, Uttarakhand.

Mazri Grant Resort reserves the right to change or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the revision date.
