We understand that plans can change. At Mazri Grant Resort, we strive to be as fair and transparent as possible when it comes to cancellations and refunds. Please read the policy carefully before booking.
📅 Event Booking Cancellations
🔸 Cancellation Timeline & Charges

| 30 days or more | 80% refund of advance (after deduction of admin charges) |
| 15–29 days | 50% refund of advance |
| Less than 15 days | No refund (non-refundable) |
Administrative charges may include planning, coordination, or blocked date costs.
🔸 Force Majeure Cancellations
In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies (e.g., lockdowns, floods, etc.), we offer:
- Free date rescheduling (subject to availability)
- Partial or full credit towards future bookings
- Refunds on a case-by-case basis, as per contract agreement
📝 Booking Advance & Payment Terms
- A non-refundable advance is required to confirm the booking (typically 25–50% of the total amount).
- Full payment must be completed before the event date.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable under any circumstance.
🔄 Postponement & Rescheduling
- We allow 1 free date change if notified at least 15 days in advance.
- Further changes or late rescheduling may incur additional administrative or service charges.
💳 Refund Method
- All refunds will be processed via the original payment method (bank transfer, UPI, etc.)
- Processing time: 7–14 working days
- In case of third-party involvement (e.g. online platforms or payment gateways), refund timing may vary.
📌 Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable once confirmed:
- Décor & theme setup charges
- Catering services once ordered
- Sound/light/stage rentals after final booking
- Government or permit-related fees (if applicable)
